Community Guidelines – BOOM-GEN APP

Welcome to the BOOM-GEN community! Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and friendly environment where adults and seniors can connect and build authentic friendships. To maintain this spirit, we have established these Community Guidelines.

By using BOOM-GEN, you agree to follow these rules. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

1. Be Respectful

We are a community built on kindness. We have zero tolerance for:

Harassment: Do not engage in targeted insults, bullying, or persistent unwanted messaging.
Hate Speech: We do not allow content that promotes violence, incites hatred, or discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, or gender identity.
Disrespectful Behavior: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Rudeness and hostility have no place here.

2. Be Safe

Your safety and the safety of our members are paramount.

Violence and Physical Harm: We do not tolerate threats of violence, depictions of violence, or any content that encourages physical harm.
Suicide and Self-Harm: We care about our members. Content that promotes or encourages self-injury or suicide is prohibited.
Illegal Acts: Do not use BOOM-GEN to promote or engage in illegal activities, including drug use, human trafficking, or terrorism.

3. Be Authentic

BOOM-GEN is for real people looking for real friends.

No Impersonation: Do not pretend to be someone else. This includes celebrities, other users, or creating «fake» personas.
No Scams: Any attempt to defraud members, solicit money, or share «get rich quick» schemes will result in an immediate permanent ban.
One Person, One Account: Accounts cannot be shared or managed by multiple people.

4. Appropriate Content

We want our platform to be welcoming for everyone.

Nudity and Sexual Content: We do not allow nudity, sexually explicit content, or highly suggestive material. Profile photos should be appropriate for a general audience.
Privacy: Do not share other people’s private information (phone numbers, addresses, private photos) without their explicit consent.
Spam: Do not use BOOM-GEN to drive traffic to other sites, sell products, or send repetitive, unsolicited messages.

5. Special Focus: Senior Community Safety

Since BOOM-GEN is a home for seniors, we take extra care in:

Protecting from Financial Abuse: We actively monitor for accounts that target older adults for financial exploitation.
Promoting Healthy Interaction: We encourage patience and clarity in communication to bridge any digital gaps.

6. Enforcement

We use a combination of automated systems and human moderation to review reports of violations.

Reporting: If you see something that breaks these rules, please report it immediately using the in-app tools.
Consequences: Depending on the severity of the violation, we may issue a warning, remove content, or permanently ban your account without a refund for any premium services.
